The System of the World is the third and final volume in Neal Stephenson's Baroque Cycle. It consists of three books, Solomon's Gold, Currency, and The System of the World, as well as short epilogues.

Significance of the titleEdit

The title alludes to the third volume of Isaac Newton's Principia Mathematica, which bears the same name.
